Sale Agent dùng Facebook như thế nào

Sale Agent không phải sản phẩm của Facebook và không được Meta bảo trợ. Nó làm việc thay cho chủ shop — người vốn đã là quản trị viên của chính page được nối.

Nối một page diễn ra như thế nào

Chủ shop đăng nhập Sale Agent bằng email và mật khẩu của mình. Sale Agent không dùng đăng nhập Facebook để tạo hay xác thực tài khoản.
Vào Kênh → Nối kênh mới → Facebook Page, hệ thống đưa sang đúng hộp thoại cho phép của Facebook. Đó là chỗ duy nhất mã kết nối được cấp.
Chọn page muốn nối. Chỉ mã, tên và mã kết nối của đúng page được chọn được lưu lại; danh sách page còn lại bị bỏ đi ngay sau khi chọn.
Tin bắt đầu đổ về hộp thư. Máy soạn nháp hoặc trả lời thẳng tuỳ chế độ bạn đặt cho page đó, và luôn kiểm cửa sổ trả lời của nền tảng trước khi gửi.
Ngắt page là mã kết nối bị xoá ngay lúc đó, và đăng ký nhận tin bị gỡ ở phía Facebook. Xem Xoá dữ liệu.

Xin những quyền gì, và để làm gì

Quyền	Sale Agent cần để làm gì
`pages_show_list`	Hiện danh sách page bạn đang quản trị để bạn chọn. Chưa chọn thì chưa nối gì cả.
`pages_messaging`	Nhận tin khách gửi tới page đã nối và trả lời khách thay page, trong đúng cửa sổ Meta cho phép.
`pages_manage_metadata`	Đăng ký nhận tin cho page lúc nối, và gỡ đăng ký khi bạn ngắt page.

Mã kết nối page nằm ở máy chủ, không bao giờ gửi xuống trình duyệt. Sale Agent không xin, không đọc, không lưu danh sách bạn bè, email, ngày sinh, giới tính, ảnh hay tài khoản quảng cáo của bất kỳ ai. Không đăng bài lên page và không chạy quảng cáo.

How Sale Agent uses Facebook

Sale Agent is not a Facebook product and is not endorsed by Meta. It acts on behalf of a shop owner who already administers the Facebook Page being connected.

What connecting a Page looks like

The shop owner signs in to Sale Agent with their own e-mail and password. Sale Agent does not use Facebook Login for account creation or authentication — a Sale Agent account is never created from a Facebook profile.
They open Channels → Connect a new channel → Facebook Page and are sent to Facebook's own permission dialog. This is the only place a Facebook access token is ever obtained.
They pick which Page to connect. Sale Agent reads the list of Pages the person administers, stores the identifier, the name and the access token of the selected Page only, and subscribes that Page to message webhooks. The rest of the list is discarded.
Messages start arriving in the inbox. Sale Agent receives the message, drafts or sends a reply according to the mode the shop chose for that Page, and always checks the platform's messaging window before sending anything out.
Disconnecting the Page removes the token. The shop owner can disconnect at any time from the same Channels screen; the stored access token is deleted and the webhook subscription is dropped. See Data deletion.

Permissions requested, and why

Permission	Why Sale Agent needs it
`pages_show_list`	To show the shop owner the list of Pages they administer, so they can choose which one to connect. Nothing is connected until they pick a Page.
`pages_messaging`	The core of the product: to receive messages sent to the connected Page and to reply to those customers on behalf of the Page, inside Meta's messaging window.
`pages_manage_metadata`	To subscribe the connected Page to the app's message webhook when it is connected, and to unsubscribe it when the shop owner disconnects the Page.

Sale Agent does not request, read or store a person's Facebook friends, e-mail address, birthday, gender, photos or ad accounts. It does not post to a Page's timeline and does not run ads. Every outbound message uses messaging_type: RESPONSE inside the 24-hour window; no message tags are used. Page access tokens stay on the server and are never sent to the browser.

Each shop's customer data lives in its own workspace and never reaches another shop. Details in the Privacy policy; removal is described in Data deletion.
